Meet Max Sternberg

Christian. Husband. Father. Max Sternberg is the owner and operator of The Better Insurance Agency as well as the Youth Pastor of Upper Room Youth Group at Family Community Church in Culpeper. Max and his wife Crystal have been married for 16 years, and are the proud parents of two boys who have been raised in Culpeper all their lives.

Dedicated to serving all ages of his community through multiple avenues, Max believes infrastructure, integrity, and commonsense values are the keys to better Culpeper’s future. Prior to owning his own business Max achieved the distinction of being amongst the top nationally ranked insurance agents at GEICO, as well as a top performing District Manager for Sleepy’s (prev. Mattress Discounters).

Public speaking, critical thinking, and superior management skills are valuable assets that Max will bring to Culpeper Town Council. Max holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Post University.
